Harald Kogler – a quiet doer? A visionary voice that cannot be ignored?
Certainly someone who prefers shaping the future over merely managing the present. Since taking over in 2013, he has not only guided the HIRSCH Servo Group through economically challenging times – he has led it into a new era. Over 4,417 days of leadership, he opened new markets, built new production sites, drove innovation forward and strengthened a corporate culture shaped by responsibility, trust and true teamwork.
“Ideas that have the power to overcome the seemingly insurmountable” – this was more than a motto for Harald Kogler. It was his way of thinking and leading.
As Harald Kogler steps back, Wolfgang Landler will take the helm as CEO of HIRSCH Servo AG – ensuring a smooth transition grounded in continuity.
